Just stopping in for a quick update. As usual, when the blog is quiet, that is when there is a lot going on. Marcus is getting settled-in with his new job. I’m getting thiiiiis close to having my dissertation completely finished! I will be dropping it off at the editing office for its “style check,” margins and what-not, today. Then, just a few adjustments to make to some of the chapters and it goes to committee and out of my hands for a few weeks. Hooray. I’m hoping to take a few days off with Aurelia to just chill.
Aurelia has been feeling the stress at our house, lately. She’s been a little extra clingy and grumpy, but we are managing. If we aren’t careful, she could turn into a total Whinemonster – aaaaaahhhh. Over the next few weeks, I should be winding down (except for a few days right around my defense, next month), so hopefully we can find our “normal” again.
I’ll get around to posting some pictures sometime soon… I’ve been working less in the evenings, now.
