I had to add some comments to this blog! Aurelia has always loved “bottoms-up”at the end of her feedings. She likes to fight over the spoon,so when we get tired of dodging her,we just go in with the bowl and let her drink it down. Also,rice sort of liquefies after a while,so this makes more sense at the end than spooning. Anyway,on this particular day,she got to slurping so quickly that it got all over her face and up her nose,too!! After I cleaned her up,she sneezed for an hour or so getting the rest of the rice out.

So,you shouldn’t see anymore Christmas photos unless I get some really good ones.
Make sure that you check that you didn’t miss a video or post since I just posted several posts all at once.

Meanwhile,Aurelia’s Wednesday doctor trip went fine:she’s 17 lbs,6 ozs;27 inches long. Nothing to complain about,growth has slowed,so we shouldn’t end up with a super giant after all. She’s scooting across the floor quite well,hopefully I’ll capture it on video;she’s also sitting up from being on her stomache,and she’s pulling to a standing position using legs and futons. She understands “no”well enough to stop touching the entertainment center long enough to laugh before touching it anyway. I think she enjoys watching us jump up and grabbing her away. She does not enjoy the indoor helicopter that I fly around the room,and she looks at me accusatory as I do it.:-D

We fed her applesauce. She got totally high off the sauce…
